Abilities
⯌ Glamour
All fae are born with glamour in their blood, Rowan being no exception, even if he feels he's a lightweight. He can change his features and hide any otherworldliness to fit in among the humans, like his eyes. He can also hide other smaller fae in his proximity if needed, but it's better if he's touching them. His glamour doesn't work very well in terms of scent. It's a weak spot in most glamours. Glamour is an illusion that fools most other senses, casting illusion (clothing, lack of wounds/adding wounds, hiding features, changing what a thing looks like, ie; a flower to a gun, a piece of dirt into food.) Some fae specialize in glamours and the ones most adept can even fool the sense of smell.
⯌ Healing Rowan can lay hands and heal by touch, but he does so sparingly, and usually only when his abilities force him into it. The need to heal is in his blood as much as his ability is, which is why he's in the medical field. He can mostly satisfy that urge through human methods of healing, but once in a while a case comes in that forces his hand. He can heal grievous wounds, even near fatalities, but it takes a lot out of him and he is vulnerable afterward. He can do more small wounds in succession than large, but as long as the soul is still in the body, he can heal someone. These wounds are healed in a very small amount of time. This also includes his being able to cleanse a body from poison and toxins.
⯌ Wards and Shields All Sidhe children are taught the language of runes and warding from a young age, and that was one area he always excelled in, even to his fae teachers. He can shield from magical attacks and ward his territory powerfully enough that only one of his tutors was able to break through. If he uses his blood to draw the wards, they are effectively unbreakable, and he uses those runes in his home and redoes them yearly on the winter solstice to reinforce them. His home is impenetrable to any he does not allow inside by his word and will. He can make a shield around himself to protect from projectile weapons, and he's adept enough to customize it so that people in small hallways or frantic situations don't bounce off him willy nilly.
⯌ Superhuman Biology Being sidhe means being hardier than humans. Fae are by nature stronger, faster, and enhanced as immortal creatures. They can see better in less light, and see further distances than human normal. They are physically stronger and more resilient, though they have had the time to learn to regulate it when mingling with humans. He could shove a car sideways at someone or punch through a car door. They heal faster in general, unless the wounds are made with iron. He also has an enhanced sense of smell, able to tell if someone's bleeding, or pheromones and fertility levels.
⯌ Small Magics Like most sidhe, Rowan has the ability to do casual, small magics along with his larger healing and warding magics. It comes in a variety of forms, but can often seem like telekinesis; moving objects with will of mind, turning on lights, closing doors. Leaning more towards his mother's side, he can also use his magic to warm people and areas. He can also mend fabric that has at least 40% natural fibers (a trick he found out early on and that saved him quite a bit of money in his early days among the humans).
⯌ Summer Magic He carries Summer magic from his mother, and so far that's shown itself in being able to grow and help heal green things. In being able to ripen fruit and flowers that are far from being ready themselves. He can warm and cast light. Fertility also runs in his line through his mother, so there's potential for him to be able to help with conception between couples that want a child, or livestock that are struggling to breed properly.
⯌ Winter Magic Recent occurrences have led Rowan to figure out that he has more Winter in him than he was aware of. When he's angry, truly angry or furious, it's Winter and Frost that answer him, not the Summer of his mother's line. So far, it's led to the temperature dropping during a fury, or frost and ice edging out from around him. Leaving this open for more instances of what might occur.
⯌ Anti-Healing Healing is the power that he's kept hidden from his own people for as long as he knew he was capable of it. He found out during a challenge that he can also unheal. Anti-healing. While his healing can let a heart start beating again, or draw a soul from the brink of death, the reverse of that is that he can crush a heart in someone's chest. Stop their blood from pumping. Wither their brain in their skull. He's done it once in his background and it was the only way he survived his last challenge. He abhors doing it, as it's the opposite of all he stands for, but he's not stupid and knows that being too proud or afraid to use what he has is suicide.

Fae are very comfortable with touch, both as a means to self-soothe and to comfort others. Rowan is no exception. He's touchy with his patients and co-workers, but there is a clear difference in his touching generally and touching to flirt.
⯌ Mental Contact He's magically warded against attacks, and that includes mental ones. A shield would be noticeable unless he was expecting something, and then it would depend on the situation. For a human mage/witch, he might try to send out a barrier of mundane thoughts. Or just ward completely.

⯌ Fight He's been trained in most things with a sharp, pointed edge. He's also adept at a variety of different human martial arts styles. He finds it mentally balancing.
⯌ Injury Yes. He heals very quickly from any injury not made by iron or claws/fangs of magical beings.
⯌ Death No. Sidhe are hard to kill, even low level royals.
⯌ Voice There's Irish in his voice, and it's low and a little bit of a growly type.
⯌ Scent He smells like beeswax and woodsmoke. There's vanilla and something that's purely pheromonal when he's aroused. Fae pheromones can be/are potent to anyone around enough to be affected. Horny fae can often lure in others by scent alone, and he's had to deal with a trail of 'interested parties' when he's been aroused and trying to ignore it.
⯌ Physical things to note Without glamour, his eyes have a bronze appearance to them. They're metallic looking and shimmery and flare with copper highlights when he's using his magic. His hair also has a slightly metallic tint, glinting gold, copper, and bronze. His skin can take on a golden glimmer. The glimmer can flare brighter into ripples of light when his magic is in use or when he's intimate with someone also magical. This is rarely seen as he wears his glamour at all times to the point he has to concentrate to take it off.
⯌ Magical things to note Fae in general cannot lie. They can omit, they can tell half of the truth, and they can dance and twist it until you don't know what way's up, but they cannot out and out say a lie. Rowan's gotten very good at half answers or non-answers. Or just answering the truth point blank, but with that 'tone' that implies he must be joking. As a creature of nature and wild magic, he can tell when another magical being is around. He doesn't always know the type, but if something has a specific scent (fur/forest for weres, blood for vampires, metal and magic for gnomes and tinkerers), if he's familiar with that type, he could be able to pin it off the bat. He can tell human magic from fae magic, and he's had one run in with something demonic or from a demonic realm, and he's very aware of what the scent of evil smells like.
